The term “JCO” refers to the forming sequence of the steel plate into a circular pipe shape:

- Plate Edge Milling Machine
- Bevels and straightens both edges of the steel plate to ensure welding accuracy.
- Pre-Bending Machine
- Bends both edges of the steel plate slightly before JCO forming, ensuring smooth curvature transition.

- JCO Forming Press
- The plate is pressed sequentially into the shapes of “J”, “C”, and “O” by a hydraulic forming press.
- The “J” and “C” shapes are formed from both sides toward the center, then closed into “O”.
- This step defines the roundness and dimensional precision of the pipe.


- Tack Welding Station
- Temporary welds the open seam to hold the shape before final welding.
