Key Structures & Functions

1. Transmission & Machine Frame

  • Folding beam transmission system: Servo motor with low-backlash planetary reducer and high-precision heavy-duty lead screw drive ensures accurate motion along the programmed path.
  • High-rigidity one-piece casting: The main frame is integrally cast and optimized by finite element dynamic analysis to improve stiffness, reduce transmission load and enhance sensitivity and response speed.

2. Mold System

  • Compression mold: Quenched and precision-ground mold base ensures long-term accuracy, consistency and stable performance.
  • Hinged mold: Ideal for complex-shaped workpieces and compensates for the limitations of fixed compression molds. Pneumatic hinges can lift to avoid contact with sensitive surfaces and prevent scratches.
  • Short mold system: Enables partial folding, wrinkle forming and open-edge bending to expand the forming process. Optional independent upper and lower short molds and multi-direction short mold configurations with a unique T-shaped folding beam.
  • Fully automatic tool change: Supports rapid size adjustment and automatic mold changing during processing to maximize uptime.

3. Positioning & Feeding

  • Positioning device (pressing rod): Supports chamfer positioning and edge positioning. Automatic, safe and easy to operate.
  • Rotary feeding device: Servo-controlled mechanical pressing with full-sheet clamping capability and strong adaptability to different material types and thicknesses. Built-in guide rails provide high speed, high accuracy and stable operation.

4. Press Foot

  • Various press-foot designs for different sheet materials and sizes.
  • Non-metallic press feet available for scratch-sensitive or high-end workpieces.

Mold Related

  • Compression mold: After quenching, the mold base is processed by high-precision grinding to ensure accuracy, consistency and stable use
  • Hinged mold: Can adapt to the processing of complex-shaped workpieces and make up for the shortcomings of fixed compression molds; Pneumatic hinges can avoid the molding surface as needed to prevent scratches between the mold and the board surface
